Early warning – early action analysis for a potential La Niña in 2016 – 2017

This report highlighted the expected 2016-17 La Niña which did not unfold the way it was expected. In the absence of having a clear crystal ball of the possible impacts of La Niña, we have a cloudy crystal ball for 2018 on what might be expected in the coming season.
